Beautiful place , the ppl that work there are very nice and understanding english was great.
Great service, great room (had a balcony overlooking the pool). Great pool with lifeguard. Could do with either an included breakfast or a voucher for a discount at the restaurant, but no complaints. Will definitely stay on my way through Quebec again.
Room was nice, beds ok (bedding nice but mattress a little hard). Pool area was nice with lots of seating. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Our room AC wasn't working and they sent someone up right away to fix it. Hotel staff are mostly bilingual, however it is easier if you speak French. Ate dinner at the on-site restaurant. Meal was ok. Room rate decent for the location. Easy walking distance to grocery stores and cafes.
Great hotel, loved the theme and the room was very good. My only issue is that the bathroom has very little light, so brushing your teeth is okay but in the shower it is a little dark.
A great stay as always. The restaurant service was slower than usual, but the food was well worth the wait. We're excited to be going back in 2 weeks!
